DORWARD | the-last-whistle

DAVE DORWARD Born in 1888-died in 1975. Worked at Hillcrest from 1944 until 1962. He retired as night watchman.

JACK DORWARD Born in 1919 died in 1993. He worked at Hillcrest from 1945 until 1968. He was a millwright then Chipper Plant Foreman. He built one of the first homes in Mesachie

MAC DORWARD Worked at Hillcrest in the early 1950's. Mac and Nancy were married in St. Christophers church in 1950. Mac also built a house in Mesachie.

RON DORWARD

Ron Dorward worked on weekend clean-up from about 1963 until1965.He came back after vocational school and worked off and on till 1968. Ron and Arlene were the last to be married in St. Christophers church in 1974. Ron is pictured in this photo from a recent Hillcrest reunion at Mesachie Lake

LYNN DORWARD - Worked at the store in Mesachie for Don Berry from 1960 till 1963. Then worked in the time office at the mill from 1963 till 1965. Bill and Lynn were married in St. Christophers church in 1965
