PETE PADJEN: BLACKSMITH

Pete was a long time employee at Hillcrest. First starting out at Sahtlam Hillcrest and then moving with the company to Mesachie Lake in 1943. Pete is pictured here with the machine shop crew, top row second from right.

This photo was taken at Sahtlam Hillcrest by Wilmer Gold in June 1940. Pete is shown in second row second in from the right.

JOHN PADJEN:

John worked in the yard sales for many years at Mesachie Lake. Here John is at the 2005 Hillcrest Reunion.

MIKE PADJEN:

Mike Padjen worked in the barker mill for many years. This photo was taken at the 2013 Hillcrest reunion at Mesachie Hall, Mesachie Lake.

Here is Mike again at the Hillcrest Reunion at Mesachie Lake, taken in 2014. Mike is a loyal supporter of the reunions and attends every year.
